Turkish Language Immersion in Istanbul

Istanbul (also known as Byzantium and Constantinople) is the largest city in Turkey and fifth largest city in the world with a population of 12.6 million.
Istanbul is also a megacity, as well as the cultural and financial center of Turkey. It is located on the Bosphorus Strait and encompasses the natural harbour known as the Golden Horn, in the northwest of the country. It extends both on the European (Thrace) and on the Asian (Anatolia) sides of the Bosphorus, and is thereby the only metropolis in the world that is situated on two continents.

Our school is conveniently located in the district of Taksim the cultural, commercial and entertainment heart of istanbul.
Lessons are conducted by our qualified teachers in modern air-conditioned classrooms other facilities include social areas, computer room with internet access.
Our Center has been teaching Turkish since 1988 and is fully accredited by the Ministry of National Education.

You have the following course options:
4 week program: (20 group lessons per week, 80 total) 8 week program: (12 group lessons per week, 96 total)
1, 2 & 3 week durations are available upon request, 20 hours per week.
:: We accept all language levels / ages 18
:: A "lesson" usually lasts approx. 50 minutes
:: Course runs Monday through Friday (mornings)
:: Loan of course materials are included
:: Placement test & orientation on first day of course
:: Maximum 15 students per group class

After class & weekend activities
Social and cultural activities play an important role after classes. Throughout these social activities, we ensure that the students become acquainted with Istanbul, make new friends and practise their knowledge of the Turkish language outside the classroom.
Enjoy parties, a boat tour of the Bosphorus, tours include many famous places, such as Anadolu Kavagi, Eyüp Mosque, Kariye Museum and Camlica Hill on both European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Picnics in Belgrad Forest. Go swimming to Sile, Kilyos, Riva, Agva, which are all on the boundary of Istanbul, and also the Islands of the Marmara Sea.
Sporting activities - Our students have many opportunities to become involved in our sporting activities - tournaments and championships in sports such as tennis, volleyball and football. Hiking trips take place every month in a city near Istanbul - these trips take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
