:: To book a space on a Language Vacation, we require a completed booking form along with a deposit of $300 (or 10% if over $3000), or full payment of your Language Vacation.
Please complete, scan and email back the following form: Booking Form.
( You will require Acrobat Reader to download the below forms. This program can be downloaded free from Adobe's web-site) .
:: You can book and pay online through our reservation system or you can also fill out the online form from the "PRICE PAGE" of your chosen Language Vacation, then follow the payment instructions.
:: PAYING WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD

:: We accept MASTERCARD, VISA & AMEX credit cards and use a secure online credit card processor to authorize your credit card payment.
:: This company is called Stripe - a certified Internet Secure merchant. All credit cards presented to Stripe are securely directed to the financial institution that issued the credit card, no matter where in the world. You the customer are notified of approval or decline within 15 to 30 seconds and a e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

:: We accept Personal Cheques, Money Orders or Money transfers. We accept these forms of payments if your start date is more than 50 days away from today and do not accept these payments on last minute bookings.

Bank Transfer: If you wish to make a bank transfer please let us know and we will send you the account information. Please remember when making a transfer to include your bank fees for the transfer on top of your full payment. Transfer fees must be covered by the student or guardian.
