Class Schedule
Classes take place between Monday and Friday from 9:00.

Teachers are native speakers and many are University educated with years of teaching experience. They use the communicative method yet still cover speaking, listening, grammar and general comprehension skills. Teachers will also use interactive techniques such as role-play, games and perhaps videos to support lesson content. The syllabus has been created to teach the language to adults of all nationalities, using textbooks (Ellinika Tora) and other tools.

You should bring a dictionary, notebooks and colored pens. It is useful to have 2 notebooks, one for new vocabulary, and one for the exercises in class. Textbooks and other teaching materials are provided, but it is advisable to have a good system of keeping your notes together.

Activities & Excursions
Every week there are planned excursions to different tourist attractions and cultural places of interest around the area. For each excursion there is a tour guide who gives a thorough explanation of the site and a presentation to the students. Teachers give students an introduction to the site they will be visiting before the trip.

Typical cultural opportunities: visit the Acropolis, Daphni Monastery, Eleusis (archaeological site), Pláka (fun neighborhood), Archaeological Sites, Athens Festival (summer festival of world-class music, dance), the old Soap Factory (a complex of charming old buildings from the 19th century, surrounded by 4 acres of beautiful gardens), Mousío Akropolis (Acropolis museum), Agorá (public square & marketplace).
