Our school is located in the upscale coastal neighbourhood of Miraflores, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Miraflores is one of the 43 districts of Lima, located five kilometers to the south of the Historical Center. It’s without question the tourist and hotel destination in Lima. It has wide and modern commercial zones, parks and green beauty spaces.

Miraflores, the gardens and the most visited beaches district, is modern, lively, colorful, and pleasant for walking its streets, parks, commercial centers and green areas. Miraflores is a place full of tourist and cultural activities, theatres, cinemas and art galleries.

Visit its coffee shops and restaurants that offer an incredible varied culinary or taste the typical dishes of famous Peruvian cooking, get some fresh air inside its gardens that on Sunday are gathered by tourists and visitors in order to participate in paintings exhibitions, musical events or for visiting the “Mercado de pulgas” (market).

Our school is housed in a traditional house with a large patio area only a few minutes walk from a subway station and the main bus lines.

Class Schedule
Classes take place between Monday and Friday from 9am until 1pm or 2pm until 6pm with two short snack breaks.

Teachers use our own course book, developed by a team of our teachers, for about half of the class, while the other half of the class is devoted to special class needs and supplements, such as selected audios, videos, and current readings.

You should bring a dictionary, notebooks and colored pens. It is useful to have 2 notebooks, one for new vocabulary, and one for the exercises in class. Textbooks and other teaching materials are provided, but it is advisable to have a good system of keeping your notes together.

Activities & Excursions
Every week there are planned excursions to different tourist attractions and cultural places of interest around the area. For each excursion there is a tour guide who gives a thorough explanation of the site and a presentation to the students.

You can visit a variety of museums and cultural highlights, enjoy the nightlife, great beaches and local landscapes.

At the weekends: to the north you can do some trekking, discover lakes and the other marvelous natural beauties and get to know the Chancay and Chimu cultures. To the northeast, you can enjoy hot springs and spectacular Andean landscapes. To the south, in Canete y Lunahuna, you can practice different adventure sports such as canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding and trekking, as well as a variety of beaches, some of them are ideal surfing spots.

Cuzco and Machu Picchu are places you shouldn’t miss. During the trip you will see astonishing landscapes. Cuzco is the historical heart of the Inca culture.
